Continuous learning in football clubs

Today, more and more football clubs are more focused on maintaining continuous learning in their squads, relying more and more on the latest technologies, improving and professionalizing their departments.
From the general management to the last department that would be the team. This last block, that of the team, is the one that has to be most open to change since many training sessions have been the same for many years, many are carried out in the same way. And like everything in this life, you have to be open to change, through new methodologies, tools and technologies that lead us to better management of the staff and the entire team.
For this reason I have no choice but to leave some of the improvements of my own training methodology as a contribution of value for and for football. Since 2020 I have tried to disseminate the methodology within my few tools to make it reach as many clubs as possible so that they can use it and take advantage of this tool, understanding that this methodology is always born from the tactical principles, and then is supported by the other sub-principles to treat this methodology as what football is, as a whole.

IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PONS METHOD
1-Improves the rehabilitation of the Footballer
2-Improves time management in training
3-Improves the understanding and updating of the Game model in the staff and in the players.
4-Improve the development of the Footballer
5-Improves the specificity in training.
6-Improves the planning of the game by being able to work individually in the aspect of fighting and countering opponents, thus creating new databases on the Pons Method.
7- Improves synergies between members of the Staff and also between the different departments. Since it focuses everyone more on the formation of the footballer and also on the result.
8- Improves efficiency and productivity in training, since with one player, you can work as with five, two or three players, you can work as with 8 or 9, that gives you the ability to work more and better on the small details involved normally achieve numerous goals.
9- Improve offensive and defensive game concepts.
It can even be used to work on set pieces.
10- Improves learning, confidence, self-esteem of the training of the players not called up to the game, because it treats them in a more specific way, more protagonist.
11- Improve small details about game concepts. In this type of training the coach can stop to rectify small details, which in training with the whole group the coach cannot stop, so as not to take away from training continuity.
12- Improve training because this Pons Method is like football, it treats it as a whole. At the same time you are working technically, physically, tactically and psychologically.
13- Improve the Scouting department, because now its recordings in individual training are fundamental, because it is no longer individual, they have total significance with the team’s game.
14- Improves the specificity in training.
15- Improve the Mental coaching Area,
16- Improves the understanding of the game model of the soccer player who reaches the middle of
17- Helps players and coaches to better understand the game model
18- Improve other facets of the club such as the economic or the Marketing area,
19- It will improve other sports without a doubt,
20- The Pons method creates a new principle in Soccer that is none other than the “Principle of collective individualization” when training with a single player as if it were with four or five thanks to the panels we can say that this principle changes the structures of the training in pursuit of a more modern and technological training.
Needless to say, I have to train myself and show the results practically, but I am looking for the right time and place to do it. For the moment, these years since the pandemic, I have focused on myself and on this tool. This method will increasingly be accompanied by more and more panels. technological (hardware) and a (software) that the coach will carry out the arrangement, position, orientation and movement of the panels through an increasingly advanced (software), improving both individual and collective tactics. Which will allow for more fragmented, specific training, and with a greater focus on individual and collective tactical performance. So it is obvious that the method will require increasingly more specific and quality soccer staff.
All this methodology will help to have a tool through continuous learning of a clear strategic advantage with the rest that still does not carry it out.
